BDO Financial Reporting Co-op Position

Embark on a Co-op journey with BDO in Financial Reporting & Insights in Manitoba, running from January to April 2027. Gain hands-on experience in financial statements and client interaction.

BDO is searching for motivated Co-op or Intern students to assist our Financial Reporting & Insights team. Successful candidates will handle responsibilities associated with financial reviews, compilations, and income tax preparation, fostering relationships with clients. The role is pivotal for students aiming for a career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Notice to Reader and Review engagement financial statements

• Prepare income tax working files and returns for clients

• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members

• Perform accounting analysis as per established procedures

• Proactively share progress and address issues

Requirements:

• Pursuing an accounting diploma or degree

• Looking for long-term opportunities in financial reporting

• Proficient with Quick Books, Xero, or Sage is a bonus

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
