As Manager, you will guide professionals within MNP’s Regional ease Cloud Accounting Services team. You will assess bookkeeper workloads, oversee procedures, and provide support with cloud accounting software. The role also includes managing client files, budgets, administrative planning, and service delivery across accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess workloads and allocate assignments among cloud accounting bookkeepers
- Develop, coach, and train team members professionally
- Maintain high proficiency with cloud accounting software
- Assist with client files, budgets, and administrative planning
- Oversee accounting operations for full-cycle engagements
- Six years of accounting and bookkeeping related experience
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Strong relationship building capabilities
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Business administration or accounting certificate or diploma considered an asset
Support MNP clients and professionals with cloud accounting leadership, team development, and sound accounting process knowledge.
