WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU- Full‑time position, Monday–Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (35hours per week)

- Manage client records and documentation
- Support tax season and year‑end engagements
- Handle financial and office administration
- Collaborate across teams and programs
- Preference given to individuals with a Business administration certificate, diploma or degree
- Minimum of 1year of office administrative experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Organized, with high attention to detail and ability to multitask amid frequent interruptions
- Friendly, and able to create a welcoming environment for clients
- Strong work ethic, prioritization of projects to meet deadlines, and critical thinking
- Ability to work overtime hours during tax season as needed
