- Create and maintain project documentation, including scope statements, status reports, and action logs.
- Take meeting minutes, document actionable next steps, and follow up with task owners to ensure accountability.
- Organize project files (contracts, invoices, and blueprints) in shared drives or collaboration platforms.
- Assist in tracking budgets, monitoring expenditures, and processing financial queries.
- Process billing, organize vendor invoices, and support expense reporting.
- Assist with procurement by sourcing materials, evaluating supplier pricing, and tracking purchase orders.
- Identify potential project risks or bottlenecks and report them to the Project Manager.
- Support risk mitigation strategies and coordinate deficiency tracking to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines
