As a Lending Administrator reporting to the Assistant Manager in Lending Administration, you will be integral to the Advice & Service Delivery teams.
Your role includes resolving issues, adhering to Credit Union policies, and managing credit files efficiently. You will contribute to a positive member experience by ensuring effective service delivery and engagement with various departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for credit files and payments
• Resolve problems to meet member and staff needs
• Maintain quality service and safeguard member data
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Support workplace diversity and corporate responsibility
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Grade 12 diploma required; higher education an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credit union banking systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of Credit Union policies and legislation
Focus on member satisfaction while managing commercial and consumer lending with ACU as a Lending Administrator.
