Join Samaritan House Ministries as a full-time Receptionist in the Employment Resource Centre. Provide client assistance, manage data intake, and maintain job boards efficiently.
In this contract role, you'll greet clients, gather essential information, and refer them to Employment Officers. This position requires strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills to support the resource center. Your detail-oriented approach will contribute significantly to our administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and guide them to office resources
• Collect client intake data and privacy forms
• Make referrals to Employment Officers for support
• Keep job boards updated and user-friendly
• Maintain information in the self-help resource center
Requirements:
• Two years of reception or relevant administrative experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong organizational and detail orientation
• Adaptability to changing environments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
