Location: Neepawa
Support Prairie Mountain Health as a Scheduling Clerk, focusing on staff coordination, scheduling management, and time card edits. Strong organizational skills and communication are crucial for this role.
The Scheduling Clerk works within the Human Resource team to plan and coordinate replacement staff, ensuring all scheduling changes are communicated effectively. You will also engage with management to resolve staffing issues while maintaining compliance with collective agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate staff replacements and absences
• Communicate staffing changes to relevant departments
• Create daily or weekly staff schedules as required
• Edit time card data in the scheduling system
• Maintain records of schedule changes and replacements
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education (MB standards)
• Business/administration certification or degree
• Two years of customer service experience
• One year experience in scheduling roles
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Drivers Licence
