As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Med Transport Coordination Center by handling critical tasks for senior Directors and Managers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining databases, preparing reports, and ensuring operational accuracy. Five years of relevant experience in administration is required, and healthcare experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support administrative tasks for ERS operations
• Review operational and quality reports for accuracy
• Maintain and update various databases efficiently
• Organize and prioritize administrative activities independently
• Prepare and proofread correspondence and official documents
Requirements:
• Five years of related administrative experience
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed of 65 wpm
