This Administrative Assistant role supports the administrator in researching and organizing materials for the E-Gré Competition's website and promotional outreach. You'll engage with the music community by managing social media and updating essential databases, ensuring up-to-date information on past laureates and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize promotional materials for the E-Gré website
• Update key information on laureates and jurors
• Manage social media channels for community engagement
• Coordinate monthly newsletters and outreach initiatives
• Assist in securing advertising for E-Gré programs
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and research skills essential
• Excellent communication abilities needed
• Experience with social media and outreach programs
• Proficient in office software and databases
