Become a key team member at Samaritan House Ministries as a Receptionist at the Employment Resource Centre. This full-time role focuses on client interaction, data collection, and resource management.
As a Receptionist, you'll be responsible for welcoming clients, managing intake data, and making referrals to Employment Officers. This position requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities to maintain resources and job boards effectively.
Your role will directly impact the client's journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and introduce them to available resources
• Collect and manage client intake information
• Assist in referring clients to Employment Officers
• Regularly update and maintain job boards
• Support the self-help resource information center
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in reception or similar administrative roles
• Strong interpersonal communication and listening skills
• High attention to detail and organization
