This role focuses on client visit scheduling for Home Care Direct Service Staff. A minimum of two years of customer service experience is required, alongside expertise in staff scheduling systems like Procura or QHR. Strong organizational and communication skills are vital for maintaining efficient operations, managing service requests, and adapting to changes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee schedules in the Electronic Scheduling Program
• Manage service requests and changes for effective staffing
• Provide assignment information to direct service staff
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding scheduling
• Complete timekeeping responsibilities and maintain client information
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education (MB standards)
• Two years customer service experience in a professional setting
• One year of scheduling experience in a collective agreement environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and IT applications
• Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
Excel in client scheduling and coordination, promoting optimal service delivery within the Home Care framework.
