In this vital role, you'll welcome clients, manage phone calls, and assist with scheduling appointments under the chiropractor's guidance. You'll be responsible for maintaining tidy spaces and ensuring each client feels valued and informed about their chiropractic care. Your task involves using our EHR system for check-ins and processing payments, ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients warmly using their names
• Schedule and book client appointments efficiently
• Process payments and issue receipts promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of reception and treatment areas
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and text
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• CPR level C certification preferred
• Eagerness to learn about chiropractic benefits
• Prior experience in a receptionist role is an asset
• Ability to thrive in a busy clinic environment
