• Act as the primary liaison, building trust and managing the service journey for our customers.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art Dealer Management System (DMS) to write detailed work orders and manage service recommendations.
• Proactively communicate with customers through various mediums, providing updates at every stage of their vehicle's service.
• Collaborate with technicians, administrators, and management to ensure workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Review completed work with customers at checkout, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

• A reliable, process-driven nature with a high sense of urgency.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with a personable and outgoing attitude.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment (approximately 80% of the time).
• Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative spirit.
• Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn new systems.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Basic mechanical experience is an asset, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
