Position: Field-Based Construction Inspector at RFNOW
Location: Virden

Become a Field-Based Construction Inspector at RFNOW in Saskatchewan and focus on telecom infrastructure integrity. This full-time role involves ensuring adherence to high standards in construction.

As part of the RFNOW team, you’ll bring over three years of experience in utility or civil construction to oversee on-site telecom projects.

Your role will include conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and documenting detailed reports of field activities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential to triage challenges with contractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections on telecom construction works

• Ensure alignment with safety protocols and municipal standards

• Verify quantities for billing purposes

• Document findings in inspection reports and logs

• Attend pre-construction meetings and final inspections

Requirements:

• 3+ years in relevant construction experience

• Understanding of telecom installations and drilling

• Familiarity with CSA and OH&S regulations

• Proficient with Vitruvi and mobile tools

• Valid driver’s license for travel between sites
