Construction Labourers

Keller Developments is seeking motivated and dependable Construction Labourers to join our growing team. This position supports residential, commercial, and multi-residential construction projects by assisting skilled tradespersons with a variety of general construction tasks on active job sites.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety‑conscious, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.

• Previous construction experience is considered an asset, but training will be provided
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new construction skills up to 50lbs.
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Familiarity with construction plans, blueprints, or schematics is considered an asset
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is considered an asset
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized worksite

• Assist carpenters and other skilled tradespersons on residential and commercial construction sites
• Support framing, drywall installation, and basic carpentry tasks under supervision
• Measure, cut, carry, and prepare construction materials for installation
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision
• Assist with installation of structural components such as walls, joists, and windows
• Support concrete forming, pouring, and finishing activities as directed
• Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized construction site by removing debris and storing materials properly
• Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Perform general labour and construction support duties as assigned by supervisors
