As a Junior Inspector or Office Support team member, you will assist senior staff in delivering MTO and municipal transportation projects. This role is ideal for early career professionals seeking hands-on experience in highway and bridge construction and contract administration.

• Assist with inspection of construction activities for compliance with contract documents.
• Assist in collecting and documenting material samples in accordance with contract requirements.
• Support quality assurance monitoring and reporting.
• Update and maintain project records in Kahua Construction Management System (CMS) under supervision.
• Review drawings and specifications under supervision.
• Assist with daily documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Provide office based support to contract administration teams as required.

• 0–2 years of site inspection or related experience preferred.
• Exposure to MTO bridge or highway projects is an asset.
• C.E.T., RCJI (OACETT), or E.I.T. designation preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity of MTO Construction Administration And Inspection Specifications (CAIS) Manual, Ontario Provincial Standards Specifications (OPSS), and QA/QC practices.
• Exposure to Kahua Construction Management System (CMS) is considered a strong asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, & Civil 3D is a plus.
• Valid Ontario G or G2 Driver's License
