Advance your career as a skilled Project Manager overseeing industrial construction projects. Ensure project quality, budget adherence, and team mentorship while working in Southern Ontario.
As a key player reporting to the VP of Operations, you will direct large-scale projects from initiation to close-out. Your responsibilities encompass project planning, coordination of subcontractors, and effective communication with clients to foster lasting relationships and project success in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams and mentor junior managers
• Enforce compliance with design, contract, and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and financials on each initiative
• Develop and implement quality control plans
• Facilitate collaboration among project participants
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in project management for construction
• Degree or diploma in construction management or related field
• Knowledge of construction compliance and safety regulations
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and trades
• Valid class G Driver’s license required
