Location: Virden

Become a valuable member of RFNOW Inc.'s construction team in Virden, MB. This position as a Construction Labourer involves critical flooring preparation and the installation of fiber internet systems.

Daily operations focus on maintaining equipment and completing construction tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Candidates will benefit from training and have opportunities for long-term career growth. Effective communication is essential, and prior experience with heavy machinery is valued but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and lubricate construction equipment

• Perform safety inspections and report issues

• Securely transport materials following safety procedures

• Provide general labor support for fiber optic projects

• Document daily site activities and conditions

Requirements:

• Class 5 license (Class 1 or 3 advantageous)

• Prior experience in underground construction is a plus

• Familiarity with utility locations is desired

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
