Landscape Construction Associate at Westman Groundworks

Westman Groundworks is seeking dedicated individuals for its landscape construction team in a seasonal, full-time role. Enjoy outdoor work while contributing to high-quality landscaping projects.

As a Landscape Construction Associate, you'll assist in the installation of patios and walkways, and participate in retaining wall construction. You'll also install sod, trees, and shrubs, ensuring a clean and safe worksite while collaborating with experienced equipment operators and crew leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing paving stone patios, sidewalks, and driveways

• Help construct retaining walls and decorative features

• Install sod, mulch, trees, and shrubs effectively

• Perform grading and site prep tasks accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Landscaping or construction experience is a plus

• Ability to handle physically demanding outdoor duties

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation to the job site

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required
