Junior Project Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role, learn the ins and outs of project management, and be part of a team that values quality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects ’ll work closely with Senior Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and clients to ensure everything stays on track.

You Will
  • Review project plans, specifications, and documentation
  • Prepare job folders, checklists, and required paperwork
  • Attend weekly scheduling meetings and client meetings as needed
  • Monitor project progress through daily check‑ins and site visits
  • Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory
  • Communicate with subcontractors and assist with safety documentation
  • Track budgets, labour hours, and timelines
  • Manage inspections, permits, and change orders
  • Assign daily tasks to labourers
  • Support adherence to company policies and safety standards
  • Keep project information organized, accurate, and up to date

A background in landscaping, construction, or project coordination is an asset — but the right mindset matters most.

What You Bring
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Confidence communicating with clients, crews, and subcontractors
  • Ability to read and interpret plans (or willingness to learn)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
