What You’ll DoAs a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects ’ll work closely with Senior Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and clients to ensure everything stays on track.
You Will- Review project plans, specifications, and documentation
- Prepare job folders, checklists, and required paperwork
- Attend weekly scheduling meetings and client meetings as needed
- Monitor project progress through daily check‑ins and site visits
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory
- Communicate with subcontractors and assist with safety documentation
- Track budgets, labour hours, and timelines
- Manage inspections, permits, and change orders
- Assign daily tasks to labourers
- Support adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Keep project information organized, accurate, and up to date
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A natural communicator who can work with many different personalities
- Analytical and able to think ahead to prevent issues before they happen
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects at once
- Tech‑savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and project software
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through
- A team player who supports field crews and office staff alike
A background in landscaping, construction, or project coordination is an asset — but the right mindset matters most.
What You Bring- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Confidence communicating with clients, crews, and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret plans (or willingness to learn)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- A commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
