In your role as Senior HSE Manager, you will be responsible for managing the comprehensive HSE program across all divisions. This position calls for a seasoned professional dedicated to continuous improvement and compliance with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with site leadership, ensuring adequate resources and oversight while spearheading training initiatives. Your strategic insights will be vital in propelling our safety commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create effective HSE frameworks and compliance systems
• Ensure resource allocation for HSE support at all sites
• Guide HSE personnel in effective issue resolution
• Oversee the training delivery for health and safety
• Manage operational budgets related to HSE initiatives
Requirements:
• Established background in HSE management in construction
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health or equivalent
• Preferably certified as NCSO or CRSP
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal requirements
• Ability to lead initiatives using data analytics
