Construction Superintendent for Large Projects

Location: Dauphin

Lead the construction operations for major projects with proven management skills. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and collaboration in large-scale construction environments.

As a Construction Superintendent, you will report to the Construction Manager, overseeing and coordinating teams including engineering, construction personnel, and contractors. Your expertise will ensure projects valued over CAD $100 million meet all milestones on schedule and budget with top quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee all aspects of large construction projects

• Collaborate with the Construction Manager on project goals

• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules and PEP

• Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in field supervision for large construction

• Proven leadership across subcontractors and teams

• Experience in mining, civil, or industrial projects

• Capacity to handle challenging and remote environments

• Strong communication skills to maintain stakeholder alignment
