Concrete Carpenters Helper

Pay: Hourly rate based on experience and ability

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Concrete Carpenter?s Helper to join our construction team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced crew members to build, set, strip, and maintain concrete forms on a variety of construction projects.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is willing to learn, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.

• Assist crew members with building, setting, and stripping concrete forms
• Measure, cut, assemble, and move lumber and other forming materials
• Help with layout and preparation of concrete formwork
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
• Operate basic hand and power tools under direction
• Assist with bracing, shoring, and securing forms
• Help prepare work areas for concrete placement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Remove debris and excess materials from work areas
• Perform other construction-related duties as directed

• Previous construction or concrete experience is an asset, but willing to train the right person
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools
• Physically capable of lifting and handling construction materials
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Valid driver's license
• Own transportation to the jobsite

This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, and working with construction materials and tools.
