Work with Profile Paving Ltd. in Brandon as a Labourer for the 2026 season. This role involves asphalt paving, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.
Profile Paving Ltd., a family-run business since 1994, is hiring Labourers to support its operations. Ideal candidates will be dependable and possess a valid driver license. While prior experience in asphalt or equipment operation is preferred, comprehensive training is available for those who qualify.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in asphalt paving tasks
• Operate equipment and dump trucks when needed
• Work well within a team environment
• Maintain punctual attendance for all shifts
• Follow safety guidelines as part of COR certification
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license is mandatory
• Reliability and on-time attendance essential
• Experience in construction or paving preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with team members
