Support essential infrastructure projects as a construction labourer with RFNOW Inc. in Virden, MB, specializing in fiber optic installations. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork in all operations.
RFNOW Inc. seeks motivated individuals willing to engage in various responsibilities within the construction team. Duties will include maintaining equipment, transporting materials, and assisting in fiber construction. Strong focus on safety, with daily inspections and adherence to PPE standards are crucial. Training is available for candidates new to heavy equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of tools
• Securely transport and load materials for projects
• Inspect equipment and report any issues
• Assist in all general labour duties for projects
• Maintain accurate daily documentation
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license, Class 1 or 3 preferred
• Familiarity with heavy equipment considered an asset
• Must be legally able to work in Canada
• Experience with utility locates is a plus
