Materials Testing Technician
BMT Materials Testing Ltd. is looking for a reliable and motivated Materials Testing Technician to join our team in Brandon, Manitoba.
This is a full-time position, and training will be provided. Previous materials testing or construction experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at various job sites throughout Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
- Previous construction or materials testing experience is an asset
- Perform field testing of construction materials
- Collect and prepare material samples
- Record test results and complete field documentation
- Travel to various job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Training provided
- Pay based on experience
