As a Construction Foreman at RFNOW Inc., you'll supervise daily construction site operations while mentoring your team for safety and efficiency.
Your role is vital for the successful installation of fiber-optic networks across Manitoba and Saskatchewan, making your leadership impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations on construction sites
• Plan and allocate materials, equipment, and workforce
• Coach operators and laborers on safety practices
• Conduct toolbox talks and relay safety instructions
• Maintain safety documentation and equipment reports
Requirements:
• Proven field construction experience
• Experience with utility locates and underground construction
• Supervisory experience in the telecom industry
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license
