K&J Construction is hiring skilled laborers with at least one year of construction experience. Ideal candidates have knowledge of commercial, agricultural, and residential construction practices. You'll operate various tools, prepare sites, and travel for rural jobs as directed by management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate hand and power tools effectively
• Clean and prepare construction sites as needed
• Follow all safety protocols on-site
• Load and unload supplies using equipment
• Travel to rural job sites as required
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of construction experience
• Familiarity with concrete forming and finishing
• Experience with PVC wall form systems a plus
• Willingness to travel for work
• Ability to lift normal construction weights
