The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, processing payments and sale-day activities.

• Organize keys, file documents by internal coding system and by Lot number; upload documents to the web for each sale.
• Communicate with multiple departments, teams and customers who sign up equipment, assisting with documents such as LOLCs and purge documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Deliver superior customer service to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: promote safety and personal responsibility for yourself, your team, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous work experience working in-person with customers.
• Experience using computers and the ability to learn new technology and software.
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
• A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
• Ability to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
• Friendly, outgoing, patient personality.
• Ability to thrive as part of a team and pitch in where needed.
