Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company

Our team goal is to make sure people use the best tools to work efficiently. You will contribute to this objective by being the main point of contact for all incoming calls, various requests from our direct customers as well as from our partners. Succeeding in this role means having the customer's concern at the heart of your actions while being attentive to needs.

To do this, you will collaborate with sales advisors, direct clients, partners and other key stakeholders.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Sherweb’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Accompany our customers on their journey of learning but providing full platform training, onboarding and supporting both new and existing customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve our product and service offerings.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support.
  • Play an important role in retaining our customers and partners by offering best-in-class, efficient and professional solutions as required.
  • Have a strong focus on first-contact resolutions and problem-solving with a high sense of urgency to understand and resolve customer issues.
  • Drive customer engagement and delight through meaningful and memorable conversations.
