We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team—a key front‑line role responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, supporting our sales and estimating teams, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. This position offers a competitive base wage plus commission opportunities for those who enjoy upselling, cross‑selling, and contributing to revenue growth.
What You’ll Do- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and walk‑in clients
- Greet customers with professionalism and warmth
- Respond to general inquiries, book appointments, and support product questions
- Build strong client relationships and ensure timely follow‑up
- Assist in resolving customer concerns with a solutions‑focused approach
- Support internal staff, vendors, and clients with clear communication
- Prepare job folders and materials for estimators
- Qualify incoming estimate requests
- Provide basic quotes and service information
- Process contracts and ensure deposits are collected
- Assist with new and renewal contract preparation
- Actively upsell and cross‑sell services
- Meet monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager
- Process payments and pre‑authorized transactions
- Perform data entry, filing, and general office duties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Schedule appointments and send customer confirmations
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 5 years in an office environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Basic knowledge of Quick Books
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Experience in landscaping, snow removal, or home services
- Familiarity with LMN software
- Previous sales or upselling experience
