Position: Client Services Coordinator with Sales Focus
Drive client success as a full-time Client Services Coordinator in our dynamic team. This role combines exceptional customer service with key sales initiatives to enhance client experiences.

You will be responsible for managing client inquiries and supporting our sales and estimating functions. The position requires someone who is not only organized and motivated but also exceptional at building relationships and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling. Your contributions will be valuable in maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the main contact for client inquiries via calls and emails

• Welcome customers warmly and respond to their questions

• Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups with clients

• Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented mindset

• Assist in contract preparations and process necessary payments

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service

• 5 years working in an office environment

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Office software proficiency
