In this Customer Service Representative position, you will contribute to our branch's growth by fostering strong customer relationships. You will assist with everyday banking transactions while proactively promoting Shinhan’s products and services. A blend of problem-solving and communication skills is vital to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers with inquiries
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues
• Execute accurate financial transactions
• Handle cash management and branch supplies
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's preferred
• Less than 1 year customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Office Suite and other software
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
