In this role, you will test and explain water quality to customers while guiding them in proper maintenance routines. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting various water issues and identifying the parts needed for repairs. You will help foster relationships with both new and experienced pool owners, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test water samples for pools and spas, explaining results clearly
• Educate customers on seasonal maintenance requirements
• Remind clients about chemical supplies and filter changes
• Troubleshoot water clarity and equipment issues effectively
• Assist in ordering and locating unique replacement parts
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or water care preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
