Position: Evening Concierge for Retirement Community
Location: Dauphin

Provide essential evening and weekend coverage as a Concierge in a retirement living community. This role combines customer service, emergency responsiveness, and community support to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

We are looking for a dependable Concierge to work primarily weekdays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and weekends. This evening position requires flexibility to assist with additional shifts as required. Key responsibilities include welcoming residents, managing inquiries, and supporting various community activities while maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents, guests, and staff with professionalism

• Perform resident wellness checks and respond to emergencies

• Assist with cleaning and organizing after community events

• Maintain public spaces and conduct daily walkthroughs

• Complete required administrative communications and reports

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in hospitality or healthcare preferred

• Ability to handle emergencies and multitask effectively

• Willingness to work flexible evening and weekend shifts

• Criminal Record Check and CPR/First Aid certification is an asset
