Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd. is on the hunt for a knowledgeable Parts Counter Representative for their busy Parts Department. This full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Operations Manager, will have you assessing customer needs and processing orders. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand parts requirements will drive success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service in person and by phone

• Efficiently handle parts requests, prices, and returns

• Increase sales through effective upselling and cross-selling

• Supply parts to Service Technicians as needed

• Maintain the presentation of the retail sales floor

Requirements:

• Understanding of heavy-duty parts is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs

• Commitment to superior customer service
