Learning Support Services Coordinator

Abbotsford Christian School, located in the Fraser Valley, is a well‑established interdenominational school serving 1,200 students across three campuses:
Elementary (preschool–grade
4), Middle (5‑8), and Secondary (9‑12).

The school is hiring a part‑time (0.5 FTE) Middle School Learning Support Services (LSS) Coordinator to begin in August 2026.

• Join a collaborative team responsible for all aspects of the LSS department.
• Deliver a range of support services to students with diverse learning needs and consult with staff.
• Supervise educational assistants and manage the LSS department.
• Report directly to the campus principal and work closely with the Director of Learning Support Services.

• BC teaching certificate with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
• Experience or training in inclusive education or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of the Universal Design for Learning.
• Level B assessment qualification an asset.
• Legal authorization to work and teach in BC.

• Demonstrate evidence of a deep and disciplined understanding of the Christian worldview.
• Establish positive working relationships with school staff, families, students, and community partners.
• Have a reputation for being an excellent educator and modelling servant leadership.
• Be willing to work in an innovative, creative team environment.

The salary range for this position is $58,710 – $103,796, depending on an applicant’s qualifications and experience.
