Take the lead as the Public Fire Paramedic Program Administrator at the Manitoba Emergency Services College in Brandon. This full-time position emphasizes program oversight, compliance, and mentorship.
As the PFPP Program Administrator, you will be responsible for developing courses and facilitating evaluations, ensuring high standards of educational quality.
Your role includes guiding instructors and technical staff while ensuring the program meets accreditation requirements. Effective communication and leadership skills are critical to achieve optimal program success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program development and ongoing assessments
• Support and mentor instructors and technical staff
• Supervise both full-time and casual team members
• Ensure compliance with all accreditation standards

Requirements:
• Degree in Adult Education or a related field
• Experience in emergency-response services or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication abilities for training purposes
