• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state standards and cater to the varying learning styles of students.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, observations, and assignments.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support student learning and address any challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other school activities to ensure safety and positive interactions.
• Support school-wide initiatives and contribute to a collaborative school culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certification for elementary education.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in a classroom setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using technology for teaching and administrative tasks.
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
