Position: Pastoral Leadership for Youth and Children
Lead the next generation at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church as a full-time Children’s & Youth Pastor. Inspire and equip our youth and children in their spiritual journey through strong mentorship.

Faith Fellowship Baptist Church is looking for an enthusiastic Children’s & Youth Pastor to spearhead our youth ministries. This full-time role focuses on leadership development, mentorship, and strategies to engage children and youth in their faith. You'll work closely with the Senior Pastor and church leadership team to contribute to planning and administration while nurturing young believers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee children’s and youth ministry initiatives

• Foster discipleship and mentorship among youth

• Encourage team building within the ministry staff

• Participate in service planning and administrative meetings

• Collaborate with Senior Pastor and church deacons

Requirements:

• Proven commitment to faith and Jesus Christ

• Experience in youth ministry or related fields

• Effective leadership and communication skills

• Ability to guide and inspire youth

• Passion for creating an enriching ministry environment
