Middle Teaching

Position: Middle Years Teaching Position Available
Location: Dauphin

Contribute to student development as a Middle Years Teacher with Mountain View School Division. This full-time position requires a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate and strong communication skills.

As a Middle Years Teacher, you will implement effective curriculum, instructional practices, and assessments while managing a dynamic classroom environment. Preferred candidates should have experience in this educational stage and knowledge of Indigenous Perspectives. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and engage with students and families will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement effective Middle Years curriculum and assessments

• Utilize best practices to enhance student learning

• Engage with students, parents, and colleagues clearly

• Uphold confidentiality and respect in the classroom

• Complete necessary criminal background checks prior to employment

Requirements:

• Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate or ability to obtain one

• Experience in Middle Years education is an asset

• Knowledge of Indigenous Perspectives is advantageous

• Strong organizational and classroom management skills

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
