Children’s and Youth Ministry Leader

Faith Fellowship Baptist Church is looking for a committed full-time Children’s and Youth Ministry Leader to enhance spiritual growth among young congregants. Drive engagement, mentorship, and leadership in a diverse church setting.

In this full-time role, the Children’s and Youth Ministry Leader at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church will provide essential guidance and oversight for our vibrant children’s and youth programs. Key responsibilities include building mentorship strategies and fostering a community of engaged young believers. Collaborate closely with the Senior Pastor and the church’s leadership team to address planning and administrative needs for ministry effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for youth and children's ministry activities

• Implement discipleship and mentorship strategies

• Inspire involvement among children and youth

• Assist in church planning and administration

• Work alongside the Senior Pastor for mission alignment
