Early Childhood Educator

Position: Early Childhood Educator Role
Shape young minds as an Early Childhood Educator, focused on nurturing and developing preschool-aged children. Implement lesson plans and monitor progress in a supportive classroom environment.

We are actively seeking an Early Childhood Educator with a minimum CDA or similar qualification in Early Education. In this role, your responsibilities will include supervising students, keeping accurate records, and ensuring their health and safety. Strong organizational skills and the ability to build relationships with families are essential traits for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of preschool students

• Develop engaging and effective curriculum plans

• Monitor and assess student academic performance

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the classroom

• Communicate effectively with staff and parents

Requirements:

• Minimum CDA or equivalent in Early Education

• Extensive knowledge of child development practices

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Proficient in office and classroom technology

• Current DCF staff credential; VPK certification if applicable
