You will be tasked with supporting the infrastructure of the labs, take care of consumables, help design power and cooling infrastructures within the labs (new builds and existing lab upgrades). You will work with highly motivated teams of engineering professionals and have personal responsibility to drive your activities.
Your responsibilities- Support of equipment in HW lab development environment
- Build and repair cables and thermocouples
- Support the PCs in the labs and the network infrastructure
- Manage, purchase and re-stock the lab consumable items (cables, connectors, etc.)
- Maintain an accurate inventory of new and in use equipment
- Comply to the TL9000 (e.g. test equipment calibration support)
- Help with moves and configuration of existing and new labs
- Help with the definition of lab infrastructures (power, cabling,…) for new and existing labs
- Assist in PCB repair where applicable
You have
- Technician’s or Technologist’s diploma in Electronics, Electromechanical or Computer Engineering
- Proven knowledge and ability to troubleshoot / repair technical and mechanical issues
- Working knowledge of Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers and digital debug tools
- Excellent personal, organizational and time management skills
Can work with minimal supervision & balance / prioritize workload - Strong verbal and written communication skills
