Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Reception Coordinator (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services.
Location: Brandon, MB (on‑site)

Monday through Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm local time
- Starting hourly compensation of $21‑$24/hour + attractive bonus program

- Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic
- Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow‑up on missed appointments or send reminders
- Make product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey
- Support with maintaining physical and electronic records
- Perform basic hearing‑aid maintenance and product questions
- Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support Hear CANADA branding and networking within the local community
- Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned
- Customer‑facing experience – 2+ years in sales, retail, a busy office or a clinic environment, comfortable interacting with customers
- Sales acumen – comfortability in recommending products and services to clients
- Customer‑centric attitude – comfortable interacting with diverse client groups and networking within the community to position Hear CANADA as the region's number one choice for hearing care services
- Team‑player – works well with others and appreciates collaborative success
- Willingness to participate in some local travel – access to a car and a valid driver’s licence preferred; some travel (mileage paid) for community events and marketing initiatives
