Operate within the Business Accounts Receivable Management team in Finance Assurance Operations s critical role seeks a knowledgeable analyst to enhance performance, drive process improvements, and manage relationships with collection agencies. You will oversee performance metrics and engage across functions to align collection strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recovery strategies for written-off accounts
• Oversee third-party collection and legal negotiations
• Establish performance KPIs for collections
• Coach teams to optimize collection processes
• Report metrics for performance tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years of experience in collections management
• Expertise in agency performance and strategy
• Strong detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Suite for reporting
