As a Student, Finance Operations Technician, you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting a variety of finance and lending activities. Depending on business needs, you’ll assist with loan administration, payment processing, reporting, data analysis and process improvement initiatives that help ensure efficient and accurate business operations.

You’ll work alongside finance professionals and internal partners across FCC, developing your skills while contributing to projects and day‑to‑day activities that support organizational success.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with financial information, data and business processes in a collaborative environment. Someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical and eager to learn while contributing to meaningful work that supports FCC’s operations and customer experience. • Support a variety of finance and lending operations activities, including loan administration, payment processing, reporting and data management
• Review, process and validate transactions, requests and documentation while following established policies, procedures and quality standards
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial, customer, loan and payment information within FCC systems
• Assist with preparing reports, summaries and analyses to support operational and business decision-making
• Respond to inquiries and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support service delivery and business operations
• Monitor work activities and contribute to meeting service, quality and turnaround time standards
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality and operational efficiency
• Provide administrative and operational support for projects, initiatives and periods of increased workload

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or bachelor's degree program in business administration, finance, accounting, commerce, economics, data analytics or a related field
• Strong interest in financial services, finance operations, lending, accounting, reporting, data analysis or business processes
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
