Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard new members through engaging conversations
• Provide guidance on basic investment options
• Assist with personal loans and credit applications
• Process simple estate account inquiries accurately
• Support business membership openings and changes
Requirements:
• Minimum grade twelve diploma required
• 2-3 years in the financial industry
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex environment
• Knowledge of Credit Union services is an asset
