Member Services Cash Representative

Cash balancing and member service define this Sunrise position, supporting accurate transactions, account reconciliation, and responsive financial assistance.

As a Member Service Representative II, you will respond to member inquiries and reconcile discrepancies in records and accounts. You will process cash, cheques, transfers, payments, and other branch transactions. The position also includes accounting functions, Salesforce updates, and support for online banking setup.

• Maintain cash custody, limits, security, and daily reconciliation
• Process deposits, cheque cashing, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Resolve complex inquiries, stop payments, holds, and cheque certifications
• Update member interactions and records using Salesforce
• Promote credit union products and make appropriate referrals

• Post-secondary education preferred
• Three years of cash experience or equivalent education and experience
• Ability to verify signatures, endorsements, amounts, and account coverage
• Ability to assist with online banking and security guidance
• Ability to protect vault, treasury, depository, or ATM combinations
