** Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $24.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).*

* * The primary purpose of the position is to assist with administering a utility-scale solar management program.
* The position is primarily responsible for assisting with rule making, program registry and fees, database management, review of solar decommissioning plans, cost estimates, and other division duties as assigned.
* The position is responsible for technical communication and program support with staff, management, counties, the public, and the regulated community. The position will also assist with private well sampling as well as assistance with sampling equipment.
* Demonstrated understanding of statutes, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, or guidance.
* Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental project management processes
* Demonstrated experience communicating technical information through written, verbal, or formal training
** Minimum
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in one of the agricultural, biological, engineering, environmental or natural resource sciences or a closely related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
